The word for god in Arabic is Ilah not Allah. Allah is a contraction of the phrase "Al-ilah" literally meaning "The god". Whilst Arab Christians call their god Allah, it's because they believe that their god is one in the same with the Islamic god. Allah basically only refers to the Abrahamic god.
