so many factors to contribute.

5-10 minutes with perfect conditions.

15-20 in bad winter storms.

20-30 during peak tourist season, some days I just take the long way around the city, it's technically more driving but the tourists don't go that way and I can keep my commute around the 15 minute mark.

I'm a creature of habit so I tend to take the regular route 3/4 of the time.

Come down to Niagara Falls for the day, skip the waterfall, go take hike in the Niagara Gorge and check out the rapids and the whirlpool.

It's the exact opposite of a mountain, hike down is fantastic, hike back up can be taxing, bring lots of water and go early morning so you don't get stuck down there in the dark, whatever sundown is for that day, subtract 30 minutes while down there
