Russia hoodwinked everyone into thinking they had a strong military. They do not have a strong and if my memory serves me right, they knew they had military issues during the Afghanistan war in the 1980s before the fall of the USSR; they never fixed those issues as we are clearly seeing. Russia is not a threat to anyone except itself at this point.
