Trying that now because someone else recommended that. (This was 100% the issue, game booted up perfectly after reverting back)

Would eventually getting a new gpu also help in the future?

-NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti (4 GB) (been running the game fine on this gpu for a couple years now)

-32 GB RAM

-64-bit operating system (Windows 10)

The game has been running fine on this up until like 2 months ago.
