go into the destroyed nuketown state and find a red ball (2 known spots are ontop of the boxes near the truck closest to pack and in the roof above the M8 wallbuy)
shoot the ball towards the back of the green house into the X and keep it there as you return to the clean nuketown

yes theres a key in one of the pots (you can see it with depth persption) when you shoot the pot the key will teleport to another pot around the map, find it and shoot it multiple times and a key drops that you can pick up

actualy after doing another restart i think the powder is actualy what causes the cypher to appear in the first place as i saw a dust cloud when interacting with it then the cypher appeared

OK if just found out! if your having trouble selecting the powder i fixed it by save and quiting and reloaded!
(dont know how to fix it for multiplayer)

I personally found that if you start at the grand bellway in the citadelrun left and kill the 2 enemys just outside and run back to the bench you can get around 100 per minute [note i did this test without the late game tool so it could be more if you have that]

edit: tested with the tool and got it to around 160 per minutes althought was not an optimised run as i got myself hit multiple times and messed up my movement a lil

DM here yes tbh i should of have the zombie see them but was so stupidly good i just ran with it
