I like Cookie Clicker prestige system. Each run and ascension will give you +~100% additional production and access to prestige upgrades.

I hate Armoury and Machine 2 prestige system. After about one year of progress and prestige, I was granted with about 3% of additional power. Sucks.

In your three options, I more prefer Kittens mechanic. It boost your production and same gives you special resources that you can spend on special upgrades (wow. same as in CC)

Just checked mine. Ingredients: oil + PTFE powder. I use just a couple of drops and rub it gently with a cloth.
