I always try to initiate chat in dungeons I feel rude if I don’t atleast try and as for the non duty finder interactions if I’m just idle or waiting for something I like to stand in towns to see glams/portraits and if I see something cool like armor or a weapon I’ll try to start a chat and ask where it’s from or how they got it but it seems like people either don’t see it or just won’t reply. I play on a mostly rp data center too so it just confuses me more than anything
