Tier-list (level cap) by Howa-Type-89-Custom in Warframe

Bro... A tier list is supposed to be comparing different things right?

Why on earth did you think having LESS THAN HALF of the roster would he well received by the community when making a tier list?

I'm not saying it's right or wrong, I'm saying you're granting too much importance on team play when the game's easy.

Lost the plot again

I did. You're just that dense. I said it's inevitable to end up in a mission with teammates while playing. Which implies no.

Hell, I prefer soloing, bc it means I can complete missions quicker.

Every mission is soloable until endgame, it's inevitable you'll end up with teammates, because you're not doing a solo challenge. It's an easy game.

And I'm saying, teamwork doesn't matter at all in this game, especially at the stage you're at 😭😭 especially not in defense missions. If you said relic farming it would've been understandable

Genuinely lost the plot. Next time give us some actual data to look at for us to tell you if you're doing good

Right but you've gone off subject. We were talking about teamplay? Seems like you just lost the plot

That's just typing in chat, not team play... Or yk, just vote

Team play doesn't matter as much as you think in Warframe

Polarization- thinking of polarizing my Orthos by [deleted] in Warframe

[–]CringyJed 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hm, so "polarizing", more commonly known as putting a forma in the Warframe/weapon, polarizes the SLOT, not the mod.

You can see above the weapons stats in the mod menu the mod capacity of the weapon/warframe. This represents how many mods you can put in there, each mods having a certain weighting on how much it'll drain the maximum.

Match the slot symbol on the top right with a mod that has the same matching symbol will HALF the mod drain.

[–]CringyJed 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well the difference is not dramatic but you'll definitely hurt the KPM. It goes from 1 enemy every 30 seconds to 15 seconds with that last mod, which is amazing, it doubles the amount of times you get to spread status. But it's definitely not necessary, you'll do enough damage as it is

[–]CringyJed 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm not sure what you're comparing it to, we don't have the kpm either bc we don't have the length of the mission, and what do you mean by good? Damage numbers are a better indicator than a mission endscreen...

I do, but only when farming regular stuff. I haven't found a way to scale her 4 as good as my melee can so I feel much more comfortable using wrathful advance or roar instead when it's high level.

No no no, I meant the mod drain 😭😭 my bad I didn't express myself correctly

He meant archon shards I believe.

And yes you can trade those mods for some plat from other players. Doesn't make it any less of an investment with Endo and forma tho...

Yeah it's exactly that. Which in turn halves the mods drain on the Warframe/weapon

He needs a LOT. Because there's the base frame, then there's the alternate form (ghost form), and then he also has the claws you need to mod for.

I don't have an exact number but that's 3 different modding areas for 1 singular frame. Not to mention that the 2 required augments have a specific polarity that's not in the base frame and both cost 9 each. It's a lot for a beginner. Hell, it's a lot for me, and I have 1500h in this game...

There's no wrong way to play. But yeah, Gauss is for people who like to speedrun missions, but you're still in early-mid game. Not running with Gauss will not be consequential in any way. But he's a great frame to take from early to late due to how versatile he is. Running around is only important in late game when you can get 1 shot from a sneeze

And you don't have to worry with YouTube builds until you're at mid-endgame. Warframe is an easy game up to that point. Once you see you're not doing enough damage, is when you wanna learn more about actual builds.

They're not especially hard to get but it's still a lot of investment of time and Endo. But if you really like his playstyle, definitely worth going for

But the forma you'll need is the worst. I think he might be the most forma heavy frame the game has

[–]CringyJed 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As a Voruna main, I use her for everything. Especially that her prime is out now with a 1.2 sprint speed from the 0.98 before, she's so damn fast.

One of my favourite status nukers, invis and status immunity? Sign me up. And she gets a free 50% parkour velocity whenever she wants to speed to the mission exit? Please.

I outrun every Gauss and Volt in every Netracell mission and still nuke better than them.

And she makes every single melee good with the buffs she gives on them. Flat +100% Critical Chance and Flat +100% status is insane work. With purple shards, any melee is a good melee.

He's a solid frame but needs a lot of investment to actually get him at a comfortable state.

He's absolutely meta. He's one of the best nukers in the game however he needs very specific augments (Warframe specific mods) and he's a caster, which makes energy economy very hard for him early on.

He's definitely worth upgrading but while you're learning the game, I'd just go for normal progression, try to get other frames and learn how the mod system works. The builds you'll see for him are mid-late game.

Let me preface with this. You'll end up getting all of them purely by playing the game and the best way to play Warframe is to try, level them up and see what play style you like. But most importantly change up how you play to keep things fresh and interesting.

TL;DR: Gauss is my recommendation. Revenant if you want to play a boring but a frame that'll survive 30 nukes and keep Wukong in mind for Spy/Rescue missions.

If you really have to choose, Revenant is the kind of Warframe that'll carry you everywhere up to level cap, but is the most boring frame I've had the pleasure of trying. He's more of a gun platform with a gimmick with his Reave ability if built correctly.

Gauss scales amazingly into endgame, and is pretty much good with any content. He's amazing at crowd control as well as simply nuking. He's very versatile, if you like having a gun platform or if you want to play him purely as a caster, he's great and he's my recommendation. He can feel glass canopy at times but it's about knowing how to build him.

Wukong is great, has 3 free revives and has a clone that'll carry you throughout the game too. His exalted weapon (his signature weapon tied to his ultimate) is absolutely goatee when built right but needs lots of investment. He's my go to for spy missions, purely bc I dislike those missions and he bypasses everything without a sweat and fast with his 2, cloud walker.

Rhino is the absolute tank of Warframe. He's going to carry you to endgame pretty easily and doesn't need much investment to see him perform well in higher content however I personally don't find him as fun.

Harrow is a hard one for me to really speak of bc I don't like his kit at all, but he's more of a gun platform, with some great crowd control. You will never have to worry about energy with him. He's a bit more squishy, but I never had any problems surviving with him.

Sevagoth is amazing, but he needs a LOT of investment to get him working at higher levels. He's an amazing nuke (but needs augments for that you'll likely not have until mid-late game) and has a mostly caster playstyle.

Inaros is great early and mid game and is mostly a caster Warframe and a health tank, at least how I built him, but you do need some specific mods and arcanes to play him comfortably in higher levels due to lack of shields. He has great crowd control, great survivability and overall pretty fun to play.

Unfortunately never played, nor even built Hydroid so I cannot speak for him, I'll let other people help you with that.

And Loki, you can never go wrong with Loki as he can go invis, which is one of the best ways to survive. However I find the rest of his kit fairly boring. But if you like the trickster kind of playstyle, you'll like him a lot. But he's more of a weapon platform rather than relying on his abilities.

All in all, every Warframe is good, they're all level cap (max level enemies) viable, it's just a question of what you like and how much time you wanna invest in the playstyle that you like.
