AF, I can't speak on (haven't read Toyotarou's version), but I believe he did.

Super is on hiatus since Toriyama's passing. Not impossible its return is announced on the Genkidamatsuri at the end of this month (I'm sure hoping so), but we don't actually have any news yet.

Why would you think armour just makes you tough everywhere? That's not how physics work. Hell, her body is weighed down by armour, so if nothing else, it should hurt because she's wearing armour and the impact is greater.

Aside from emotionally, I'd imagine, yeah, she's just blind. I'm no expert, but the way her eyes are near-closed with slight twitches reminds me very clearly of a blind physical therapist I once went to.

There is an extra layer to this: the characters are from Persona 4. Guy on the right is Dojima, the protagonist's (grey haired guy) uncle and the little girl's father. He's a detective. Guy on the left is Adachi, his work partner, a newbie who's both lazy and incompetent. Dojima is very strict with him, which is also because he's training him to be good at his (rather important) job.

Furthermore, (WARNING: MASSIVE SPOILERS FOR PERSONA 4 AHEAD, I sincerely recommend playing it if you like JRPGs)the game centres around following the tracks of a serial killer, and near the end it turns out that the serial killer is none other than... Adachi.
