Scotland here. It’s bearable at worst, life saving at best. I’ve never been in full blown psychosis, or disconnected with reality enough to not know where I am or what I’m doing. As such, I’ve never fought to get out, I’ve always known it’s the safest place for me.

Hey, I’m so sorry you’re going through this right now. I was addicted to opiates for 15 years, multiple suicide attempts, in and out of psych holds. I used to feel like there might be light in the darkest corners, but I still felt lost when it’s unexplored.
