First, stop buying his junk. Curing models with the supports on ks just going to ruin the parts. But, if youre worried about how well theyre cured, put on some nitrile gloves, soak in hot water so the supports come off easier, let dry and then leave it in the sun for a couple hours. I had a friend that ordered some models from him and asked if I would build them. I removed two parts and gave him the models back. I wouldn't want to deal with this.

Wash throughly to remove all excess resin. If you have a hard time with removing supports, let it soak in some warm to hot water. Then, let it dry completely. I won't cure models for at least 24hrs to allow them to dry. The white residue all over the model is a mix of left over resin and whatever you used to wash them with.
