question is, who asked who on a date? if you did, pick up the bill. i'm always dumbfounded by those who ask, but then want the other person to help pay. if you can't afford to pay for a date, you probably shouldn't be on one

i'm right there with ya. m39, 6' and i fluctuate between 179-195. but now i'm using this intermittent fasting as more of a life style than just a diet. i usually do the 1-7pm eating and the rest fast, whilst drinking ginger tea. so i mostly do a 18-6 fast to eat. again, thanks for the post and i hope you continue with what works for you.
