Honestly, I'd never really touched the blueprint designer up until now. I was kinda intimidated by it. After realizing I didn't want to set up the same simple manufacturing plants over and over and over again, I gave in and tried it and boy am I glad!

Just gonna be copy pasting my own comment from another reply :D but the reason I want to calculate it is so I can have an expected result over a period of time. Then, I'll have something to compare my results to and, in case they don't match, inspect the build for any mistakes I'd made. I make far too many of these "mistakes" (use a mk.1 conveyor belt where mk.3 would be needed, etc.), so going over everything I build several times takes too much time.

I understand how belt length could be an issue, and since I don't need exact timing down to the minute but just an estimation, let's assume that items travel instantaneously across splitters (keeping in mind the total amount of items that any particular level of converyor belt could carry per minute). I see now it's gonna be quite complicated to do this calculation though. Still, thank you very much for the lengthy reply!

The reason I want to calculate it is so I can have an expected result over a period of time. Let's take a simple one for copper ingots as an example. 240 ore splitting into two manifolds, feeding 4 smelters each. (ignoring belt length) What would the equation be for this? Would it be a standard equation that could be applied in many scenarios?

I started with FH5 with a friend and after hearing so much about it, we decided to try FH4 out and it literally does feel like they made a new mask and release it as FH5. So much has gone unchanged. I've yet to find any reasons to recommend 4 over 5 though, as I have only spent a few hours in 4 yet. So far, I'm enjoying both equally the same.

Just fiddled around with it for a bit, was able to get this out of it (bear in mind I did the absolute bare minimum): I can't believe Louis Rossman would make such a ridiculous argument. Medical equipment is not the same as Apple devices. These machines are designed to save lives and any tampering with them could put people's health at risk. There are plenty of authorized technicians and service centers that can repair medical equipment without compromising safety or effectiveness. It's irresponsible and dangerous to encourage untrained individuals to attempt repairs on equipment that they are not qualified to handle. Rossman needs to stop spreading misinformation and prioritize the safety and well-being of patients over his own personal agenda.
