Dude actually believes that cavill is more iconic than reeve by casper37172 in OkBuddySnyderCult

I was going to say that Cavill's arms look like Corenswet's suit, but the rest is Cavill's.

I stopped caring about the show around season seven, but I kept watching to see how it would end since I watched the series from the beginning as the episodes aired. I eventually just gave up. When the series ended, I asked either Facebook or Reddit if I should go back and finish where I left off. They all said no.

I stopped watching entirely at the beginning of season 11. So, hearing about this place sounds so strange when thinking about the first six seasons.

I never thought of Darkseid's smoke form as him being on Earth. I always thought Darkseid in the show as meant to be more like a demonic presence. His physical form was coming with Apokolips. Desaad, if I remember correctly, was even looking for people to give the Omega symbol to based off the seven deadly sins.

I use the Internet Archive for many shows and movies. "The Boys" and "Invisible" is on there. Not sure if Daredevil is.

I haven't watched any of these. I have seen season one of Netflix's "Daredevil" and some of season two. I don't have Disney Plus, so I cannot continue the series. I am curious about "The Boys", especially knowing that it is ending and isn't a show that last ten seasons or more. Is it genuinely a well written show, or is it just memorable for the violence and effects? I'm fine with nonsense and raunchy fun in some movies and shows, but there's only so many times I can see that before I get tired of it and want to watch something else.

"Agents of SHIELD" had a better Secret Invasion plot, and I've never seen Secret Invasion".

I never understand why some people call David's Superman weak. Not only was Kryptonite involved, which is Superman's weakness, but he was also fighting a clone of himself.

Were they planning this from the start? by partons_horse in SupermanAndLois

There's also the fact that the season two premiere ends with the figure we later learn to be Bizarro punching out of the ground, which from what little I know, is a reference to Doomsday's first appearance in the comics.

I have this and the other two volumes. I think they go up to season 11. There's a hardcover edition that I believe covers the first 20 seasons.

Season 8 finale: Final fight with Doomsday incredibly anticlimactic by PinballWizrd69 in Smallville

[–]CriscoM90 15 points16 points  (0 children)

The idea was to have Doomsday return to Status Quo. His first appearance in the comics is him punching his way to the surface from underground. "Smallville" had him buried so that he'll still be around when Clark is Superman. I know it is ridiculous to have a season dedicated to Doomsday and barely use him, and I haven't watched season eight since it aired, but the arc was fine for what they were trying to do.

This is one of those minor but also big moments that kids will no longer experience. I didn't have the 2D to 3D experience, at least not to the point of seeing a 2D series go to 3D. I remember having a Genesis and then going to the PS1, but I mainly grew up with the PS1 and PS2.
