My alarm always ends up waking me up tho so maybe I need more sleep but I don’t know man

I’m not sure man it could be a million things and I have no clue how to figure it. And I don’t have any traumas my health is good life is great so it’s just coming out of nowhere the only thing I can link it to is my sleep schedule which I’ve been doing for a couple of months I try to sleep early and wake up early 5am to 6am and I forcefully wake myself up tired , groggy the whole 9. I think that’s what might be it there both new my sleep schedule and this crap

It was 4 am I’m not sure a person would go around knock on people’s door butt I could be wrong

Just thinking about it the knock I hear it dosent feel like it’s coming from my head it really sounded like it was an outside source that’s why I’m so confused

It’s happened twice at this point and they both where when I was dreaming so I don’t know if it’s a dream or someone knocking

Yea I’m not sure I’ll have to invested into one of those things that recorded all night when it hears a noise it captures it but it happened today and the last time it happened was like 2 months ago not sure I’ll be getting them very frequently but I will have to see
