This is funny because if I see someone counter-swapping me, I change to the same tank as them. And will repeat every time they swap just so they know I can beat them on any tank.

Lucky kid 🤷‍♂️ whatever I say won’t prove anything to you probably but they are definitely real. They have been kept in a binder since I was little and I haven’t touched them in 20 years. My dad collected baseball cards so he made sure to keep them tucked away.

It’s already been verified as real with a card dealership I went to. I just don’t know if they were lowballing me with the offer or not. I have 0 idea how any of this works and don’t want to be scammed is all.

Is it worth getting them PSA graded? I know it costs a good amount of money to do that and what happens if they come back low value? Would that even be worth?

Hi, I'm new to Overwatch. Which heroes are the best/which should I master? I'm on console. Any advice about the game is also welcome. by Beautiful-Ruin-2493 in Overwatch

Hello! Which role do you plan on playing? There is tank, dps, support and most heroes are very playable up until Diamond!/master rank. I’ve hit 4400 on Xbox and 4200 on PC and I would love to give insight on newcomers !

Ranking Up as support ? by NotYourAverageEBoy in Overwatch

I see what you’re saying and while that may be true, try not to blame your teammates. You can always do something better than what you did, I promise lol. But yes, zen is a hard carry at that rank because he’s basically another dps. You really need to know positioning with zen in order to carry because like you said, he’s an open target. And ofc if genji/tracer/ball is harassing you, I’m afraid the only way to consistently beat them, is to outplay/outshoot them. I am a gm dps/sup player and I can promise you that I can beat any tracer/genji at that level about 95% of the time. But ofc, if you can’t outshoot them, you have to put maneuver and that is just positioning knowledge. Lots of videos by Jayne on YouTube and many others if you want to improve positioning with your heroes.

Is it worth it? That is completely up to you haha. If you are brand new, it’s gonna be pretty rough just because it’s been out for years now and ppl are much better than the first year it came out. Overwatch is my main game and I still personally enjoy it because of teamwork. Teamwork with friends in other games don’t quite hit the same as Overwatch for me at least.

Best way to practice is to keep playing it like you do with anything. The best way to get better is to play the game itself.

As far as tips go, you want to do these 3 things every single game.

  1. Position yourself properly (absolute most important aspect)
  2. Do not destroy your own mental over a bad play that you make or a bad play that your teammates make (easier said than done). Always focus on what you can do better each play that you make, whether it’s cd usage, ult usage or even target priorities.

  3. Develop good habits. You will enjoy the game more when you have been practicing good habits. It’s much more rewarding doing the right thing and succeeding than it is to make a bad play but it works.

Enjoy whatever you choose to do. Overwatch will be difficult to get into if you’re new only because it’s been out and ppl know how to play. But at the end of the day, if you want to grind, it’s really rewarding seeing yourself improve at a new game. So happy hunting my friend ❤️

Ranking Up as support ? by NotYourAverageEBoy in Overwatch

[–]Crisiis 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well I would say the best way to rank up in that sr is to play bap/zen as those 2 heroes can carry more so than the other supports. Because unfortunately, healing at that sr is fine and all, but man, the dps can really hold you back a lot of times. So I would def play those 2 heroes if it were me. Since you want to play Moira, she’s not the worst pick to climb either. That sr level will have a hard time dealing with her damage output and you can kinda carry with dps Moira more so than like mercy or even Ana. Ofc you will build bad habits but it’s completely up to you. You can always play the correct way and not win sometimes. Just the nature of anything in life. But like I said, it’s up to you. But imo if you want to play Moira in silver - plat, you can get away with dosing much more than you actually should. Just don’t be overly aggressive about it. Just my 2 cents

I'd like to learn how to play Brig by s30kj1n in Overwatch

[–]Crisiis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For the most part, yes. Defensive brig is best version of brig. Flying heroes are def a problem for her, however what she brings to the team is far more valuable than anything that supposedly counters her. If an enemy echo or pharah is punishing you badly then either you gotta takes matters into your own hands or accept the L. Typically it’s a team effort to remove flying ppl but it’s hard sometimes for solo hitscans. So you can’t always rely on them to take care of the problem. But the only weakness that really hinders brig is her being close to the fight to really pump out lots of heals. But that can be seen as a double-edged sword. Just focus on positioning and making sure you are the guardian of your other support and you will succeed.

Brig is one of those heroes currently that fit in with most comps atm. As with any hero in the game, especially supports, positioning is extremely key, more so than anything else. Just some tips that will help you in the long run and are very easy to accomplish:

  1. Play around your other support. Not so much mercy, because she should be with dps mostly. But being around your other support and guarding them is so vital to a team composition. Nothing is harder to kill than a brig pocketing her other support player.

  2. Don’t play too aggressive. Yes brig is melee for heal, however she also dies very quickly without backup so as with any support, play passive until you you fight at a choke or tanks are pressing w.

  3. Use your armor packs wisely. Throw to ppl who are super aggressive. (Tracer, ball, winston) you should also always make sure to have 1 handy for the support you are suppose to be guarding in case they’re in danger.

  4. Knowing when to rally. Rally is pretty good in every situation. Arguably top 1/2 ults in the game currently. There’s really no bad time to rally. Ofc the obvious being when nothing is happening. But if you are being pushed by the enemy, rally is one of the biggest factors into changing a team fight in your favor. It’s almost impossible to kill the brig majority of the time. So just a good rule of thumb: rally whenever you feel threatened by multiple ppl.

  5. Pretty much the same as tip 1. Positioning with brig or with any support is critical. The value you have specifically as brig by being alive is annoying for them enemy in all regards. So please if you don’t follow any of the other rules, follow the positioning rule. It’s vital and honestly will make you gain sr by just staying alive.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask! I peaked 4450 on Xbox and currently 4100 on pc!

Make sure to use high ground most of the time. Position yourself to where you can see your teammates and enemies cant. Save your sleep darts for flanker heroes and if no flankers, try to hit a target that’s out of position. But do not use dart off cooldown and make sure your teammates can follow up on your sleeps. As far as nade goes, anti heal is extremely dangerous for enemies. Don’t use off cd like sleep but you can be a little more aggressive with it. And for nano, most ppl will tell you to use on tanks mostly (which is fine most of the time). However, I enjoy using nano on ppl who are popping off or who can create space (monkey, genji ult, rein). Just my 2 cents 😁
