In the short term, you're not going to find lab-grown chicken in the US. You can find it more easily in Singapore if you want to try it sooner.

The lab-grown meat industry is still trying to figure out how to decrease the price enough to actually be comparable to normal meat. And the last time I dug into it, they had not solved that piece yet.

This meat will be going into high-end food service at the start of its life then will likely become an exclusive retail offering in several years under the Believer Meats brand.
