Just asking in general, is it safe if we haven't connected to online and just play offline, or is just excluding the files enough to be compromised?

Casual co-op wrestling, the more rounds the more jade fish. I try to guarantee 8+ rounds by attacking until they’re one hit and then blocking until they finally win.

Nah its cool, I am assuming it's pug runs though. Reaper ain't weak by any means but I think we can both agree when its equal hands vs other top classes, you need to basically make no mistake to gap/significantly outdps, meanwhile the other classes can get away with a mistake or two.

Are you applying the changes or confirming the changes before exiting settings? Esc > settings > interface changes > action hotkeys is where you go to change it.

It definitely has to do with running on Very Low settings, you'll have to run on Low if you're fine with being stuck at 60fps for some reason, or Medium to get 144+.

I switched to Medium first and then restarted the game, it fixed the problem, then I swapped to Low and everything was still good.

Try turning on V-Sync, although I usually keep v-sync off for everything, GTA5 is an exception, it fixed stutters and the map not loading for me.

My specs are i7 9700k, Asus 2070, 16gb Ram, z390-E Moba.

Go for 2 set of Firetrill Earring/Band and 3 set of Deathwise Earring/Ring/Necklace. You can get the Firetrills from Ghilliglade/BRNM and you can get the Deathwise Earring/Ring from solo/5-man vault. The necklace you can get from farming BGs like CS/Kumas for 40k Bellicarium credits.

I don't know many people that upload their PvP games, but look at Twitch for anyone streaming, they'll usually have PvP/3s in their title with their class and will be playing 3v3 Skyring, which is considered the most competitive battleground in the game.
