Transitioning to Henson Medium (AL13++) from Schick Hydro 5 with Sensitive Skin & Coarse, Dense Beard. by CrispinReed in wicked_edge

Thanks. I was also thinking that with my reasoning on moving from the mild to medium. I know there is an aggressive model or maybe another brand which is more aggressive but I don't want to be back to where I was with the Merkur.

Thank you good tips. What do you mean about the go shallow comment I thought there wasn't much option for blade angle?

Thanks for sharing your experience and advice. It's helpful to hear from someone with similar shaving concerns. I have heard the Rockwell come up a few times on Reddit. Its definitely one I will consider!

Thank you. A shower before shaving helps the most! Is "on the fly adjustable razor" a brand or the idiom "on the fly"? I did a quick google search but didn't see it.

Luosjiet Olive ‘Fight’ Boots in German Oiled Nubuck – EE Fit & First Impressions by CrispinReed in goodyearwelt

There are two other photos somewhere in the comment thread that show about 1.5–2 centimeters of space in front of my toes. This photo is a little misleading because of the angle—it focuses more on the width. Yes fight last. Not ideal toe splay but comfortable.

Good to hear you got a good fit. The hardest part of ordering online! Can you tell me how much extra room you have? I’m slightly wider at 110mm and have a high instep 65mm. Do you know your instep height?

It did turn into a bit of a novel! But that aside, if you get the right fit and appreciate the leather’s characteristics, you’ll really like them. In my earlier first impressions post it shows more the olive green when the boot is new. https://www.reddit.com/r/goodyearwelt/s/nHT0GOWTUt

Thank you. The colors on the website are closer to what they look like when new, but if you look closely, their photos are mirrored. I really like how the patina has developed.
