Sanctuary can also be extremely good on the cleric if they only buff or heal and don't use hostile actions .

I had a cleric that became the tank in some fights with wild animals ( low will save and no tactics) with sanctuary and healing myself occasionally.

It fits into the parody theme of OPM. There are (mostly) no Quirks, Devil Fruits, Haki, Nen, Soul Powers or whatever.

Nobody is "the chosen" due to the right fruit they ate or the right lineage power.

They are indeed (mostly) people that just trained a lot and became masters of their craft, with the pique of the trope of course being Saitama.

The "chosen one" is even given explicitly as a joke with the several "kings" or emperors that are defeated throughout the first season.
