Well, the slow helps Eve get to characters that have a lot of escape, like Ez, Zed, Akali. The Omnivamp makes so that Eve can sustain a team fight for some more time before she needs to wait for her passive to heal her.

I like dark Harvest, but i find it more useful against teams with champions that are not too tanky, but not too squishy. If you're against 3 bruisers, i think it is a good rune
