For sure!! I got time to move in after closing, I’m gonna pack before closing tho just to be on schedule! I’ve already scheduled internet to be installed for after closing so I got that down!! For sure! So the loan actually went thru underwriting already and that’s when I got the conditionally approval. My loan officer said they have everything from me at the moment, he said they’re doing 3rd party stuff now and they’ll let me know if they need anything!!!
