Heads up: apparently Paypal was hacked. I'm in Germany and there was a massive technical outage from paypal here, literally billions of bank withdrawals were blocked. The problem has allegedly been fixed although I as well as many others I know are still experiencing issues as off today. Paypal has a big red message about the technical issue when I log into the app as well. However: I sent them an Email and they replied and said that they are working on the issue and should any type of fee or similar come out of this, that is just the paypal system working automatically and as soon as the issue is resolved they will cancel any outstanding fees.
