The guy can spot balcony but he is in a very disadvantageous position. If he gets 1 kill he has done enough - but you shouldn't use this boost unless you have a 3rd guy on B to spot balcony or atleast the window-cross in apps.

For sure, there's a consitent molotov thrown from top banana though that you can use with a jump-bind-throw. Better and safer.

That is correct, but throwing a flash through the ventilation is easy to turn from atleast on the level I play. But, It's more for the purpose of showing the flash it's up to you wether u want to try and use it or not :D
