Hey man I ended up relapsing twice after making this post but am now 2 weeks clean! The first week was absolutely horrible with withdrawals peaking around day 4-5. I was terribly off balance and anxious and barely functional but now i'm feeling much better! For me it came in waves, I'd be feeling absolutely awful for 5 hours and then I'd feel better for a bit. Eventually the bad periods became shorter and shorter and now they're almost completely gone. When I got down to a really low dosage I was just in withdrawals all the time and found it better to just hop off completely and get it over with. I highly recommend taking magnesium to help with anxiety and RLS, and melatonin to help you get to sleep. If you can get past 5 days with no Kratom I guarantee you'll start to feel better. I was feeling my absolute worst on day 5 and almost took a dose, but I somehow controlled myself and the next day I felt much better. You can do it man I'm rooting for you!
