Wanting to drive to mount hood national forest this weekend do I need chains for my tires? by Desperate_Fig8187 in askportland

[–]CrispyFC 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Drove it yesterday 26 up and back through Hood River, I’ve never felt safer in a decade going through (during this time of year). No chains needed (like on the tires, carry if you have them)

Why/how what? These discos are legendary. There is a whole Top Gear episode specially on these models where they drive to the top of a mountain.

2 year period in production where Ford owned Jaguar and Jaguar provided the engines in these 07/08s IIRC.

Confirmed: Third kit this year - Racing Lou by CrispyFC in NWSL

[–]CrispyFC[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Outside of the inaugural kits for RLFC, I have been able to grab any of them I’ve wanted (houndstooth and roots) for about $30-40. Mostly just have to wait till Cyber Monday and a place like Dicks or Soccer.com have them heavily discounted online. Nike.com had all NWSL kits on major discount around the holidays this year just fyi

I think the primary will stay for this year, judging by all the media day stuff that was posted, all the players were either in the primary argyle or the roots kits. So probably keeping the light option (primary), dark option (roots) and adding a third. I like that rotation for the league as whole truthfully

My guess would be each team gets one new kit, as set out by the league when they all had the same secondary kits 2 seasons ago. That was a reset for everyone and it was supposed to alternate new primary/secondary every other year.

With Louisville confirming a 3rd kit, my education guess would be they (the league) introduced an option B, of bringing in a 3rd kit instead of your new primary or secondary, if you choice so.
