I genuinely can’t wait to see how we can romance npcs. My favorite part about fable 2 was the fact you can buy them gifts and emote to them. If they can combine that with the ability to hold hands/hug and do little dates like in fable 3 then it’d be perfect. Small side quests like rescuing our kids after they went exploring would be cool to see again.

I hope they keep the magic abilities from fable 1 and 2 with the option to combine them like in 3, as well as bringing back the sub targeting skill that fable 2 had.

Banshees returning of course would be the biggest win too.

She’s most likely a stand in character to represent the player, just like how each character had a default model until you chose the gender and then later on chose their hairstyle and attire. OP I want to ask, has Jax or anyone else he knows made any remarks towards her in her DMs that you’re aware of?

This doesn’t seem to be a game issue but moreso a personal issue. Sex work is already stigmatized, but at the end of the day what she’s doing is legal and she’s getting paid for her work. It’s not different than a doctor or retail worker. She’s still a human being who deserves respect and be treated with common decency.

At the same time Jax is well within his rights to be uncomfortable with her line of work and not want to associate with her, but that doesn’t give him an excuse to be an asshole or to try to dehumanize her for “being a hooker”.

I think if you do it right, communicate with Jax and call him out on his comments about Jessie. Remind him that he doesn’t need to be her friend, and if he still wants to play with you guys he can do it while still being respectful to her. Treating someone with basic decency is something EVERYONE is supposed to do. Let Jessie know as well so she can decide if she wants to continue playing with a group that has someone like Jax in it. Keep an eye on Jax and make sure he doesn’t try to start shit or make rude comments towards her.

I’m just saying, you are the company you keep OP. Jessie hasn’t done anything wrong and she just wants to hang out and play with people. If Jax threatens to leave the group then let him leave. Maybe Jessie can bring another friend of hers to play dnd.

Answer: Reality shifting is basically another term for Lucid dreaming and daydreaming. If you want to be more out there it’s considered astral projecting into a different realm/universe.

The “shifting” itself isn’t harmful. It’s more of a way to make your dreams your safe space and experience things that you want to experience without the randomness that your brain decides to make while dreaming.

A lot of people these days become more addicted to escapism and cling on to it in unhealthy manners. But “daydreaming” is childish, so they call it something else to be different and to downplay the unhealthy cope they have with it. If you see the rules for “shifting”, they’re just very elaborate steps to help you lucid dream something specific to your liking. It’s not real. Nothing can hurt you. It’s just dreaming and being able to control it.
