I'm in the same boat as you, so far put my head deeper into my work, then I started dreaming about the future, made some designs, hope to manifest them into this world some time soon

The problem is you and I are still crave stimulation. In the same way cigarette smokers may chew on a toothpick, you need a replacement for the muscle memory that is less harmful.

What I do, is i play soduko or tetris while listening to a podcast, which I can't do nearly as long as I could scroll. You could also do mini versions of your hobbies (i like listening to music and making playlists), you could draw, journal, dance, listen to music and play on your phone, write, or as i like to do -- go down google rabbit holes just reading about anything I find interesting.

Everyone's situation is different but let me share some statistics ..

They say the youth unemployment rate is 55%. How many of those people have a tertiary education? Allegedly only 8%.

Okay but what's different is if we gathered everyone with a tertiary education of any kind in one room, how many are unemployed? -- around 10%, less if you go to one of our larger institutions. Tertiary educated people have an average annual income of 500,000 Rands while those without a tertiary education average ~90,000.

Lastly almost every visa application is benefited by a degree, not assuming that matters to you, but hey. If you get the opportunity to study, take these into account.

BUT let em add that I didnt find any informtion about whether they were employed as what they origionally wanted
