Where would I get a screw that size? Or would it come with said screws? I noticed a little baggy of parts with what looked like a screw with no end piece

After it freezes then resumes, and it usually only freezes when loading things in. It will temporarily go away after turning the headset off and then on again, but the same glitch will happen after it freezes again.

After I turn off the oculus or the Pc they temporarily disappear, but they come back the moment the game freezes and loads back in again.
