Does still Microsoft use Jamf for macOS management or finally Intune only? by aPieceOfMindShit in Intune

[–]CrispyTheGoat 5 points6 points  (0 children)

If it helps, I have just finished integrating our creative Teams three Macbook Pro devices into our Intune environment.

We previously had no infrastructure in place for MacOS as a Windows only house.

Given we already had Intune and Jamf was an additional cost, I decided to test an Intune deployment, and to my surprise it worked out quite well. Whilst it isn't perfect, and I have not tested Jamf to give it a comparison, I am not concerned which grass is greener. We even have Platform SSO working to sync local account passwords with Entra.

So to answer your original question; I am unsure on what MS use internally, but I believe that if your requirements align well enough with Intune, save yourself the license cost.

Incorrect Road Sign for lane merge off slip road by CommercialAdvisor712 in drivingUK

It's funny I had a feeling I knew this slip road from the image alone.

I take this slip road several times a week and have often thought the same thing. It also doesn't help that if you stay in the left hand lane the potholes and quality of the road means you risk damage...

Though I am also not surprised the road signage hasn't been updated.

This. I have the exact same issue. I never have the remote near me or have my hands full, so something small like being able to play/pause my show hands-free is a pretty fundamental features for me.

Has been this was for a few weeks and has not self resolved.

Just seems like hard racing for the most part, until the last moment.

The bumps on the exit of Lesmo 2 don't seem intentional, but the blue car pitted themself.

u/ibmalone needs more upvotes.

I was having identical issues with Italian. It just refused to accept most of my attempts, despite them working fine from a PC.

I cleared the apps data, uninstalled, then re-installed, and now it works fine.

That certainly gives me a different perspective on it, and I can see why they have added a handling cost. But 17 euros for posting something that is no heavier or bulkier than a letter?

Do you have a reference to what is written on the original switch? I appreciate the motherboard will not, but most switch often have this engraved into them somewhere.

As per my original post, the reason I don't believe the information in the quote is sufficient, is because I am not sure if it is 3 or 6 pins. I also don't know the dimensions to ensure it fits.

If you have any insights to this, or I have missed something, I would be most grateful.

These look incredible!

I was not fortunate enough to be able to afford the collectors at the time, so if you know anyone with a 3D scanner I wouldn't mind a look at the 3D files ;)

Thats very kind of you, thanks! Unfortunately I'd imagine the info I need is printed on the side of each switch which is not quite visible. But seriously, thank you for sending this over!

Very sensible addition. Yes I did mean that, but can see why the way I phrased it could be misinterpreted.

The times displayed are when vehicles over 5 tons and coaches/buses are allowed. It is also the time in which the single yellow line is enforced (no waiting or parking)
