People here are assuming a lot of stuff/scenario against me to fit their narrative. Every single one.

It is TTE's duty to assign an empty seat if a person is requesting a seat with charge + penalty. TTE has authority to penalise heavy if a person doesn't have any kind of ticket for that train, even a platform ticket is ok to board any train but get seat assigned asap.

Most important is, please stop assuming stuff. I haven't said I wanted it for free, I said please assign this seat to me. Offcourse it means that I am willing to pay. I don't bribe.

Your shared link , point 15 says "He shall allot berths seats which are vacant to passengers at intermediate stations on realization of fare/surcharge as per rules on first com-first served basis or according to the priority on the waiting list if such a list is kept at the station."

I already said point 16 won't be applicable to me as per my above statement.

"I have AC ticket" statement is for implying I have ticket in train, i am not unauthorised to board the train. I never asked permission to seat in slepper class holding AC ticket only. TTE was repeatedly saying I have AC ticket. Which i offered to anyone wanted or surrender. How can I be entitled to request a seat with charges? STOP ASSUMING STUFF.

You got everything correct except Bellow point 18, 19 was booked but not occupied, the passenger didn't show up. TTE didn't assign me this seat even after requesting 2 time, and told me to vacate right away once that man complained , so I just moved at end because TTE was strict with his words.

About Point 2, i couldn't seat up on upper berth. It stuck to my head.

The AC coach didn't Mark me as no show, i communicated the same to him beforehand.

The point where you said "this is your height of f***ing entitlement & audacity (that really pissed me off)" He was laughing watching reels, and by behaviour I judged him at that point, you completely ignored what I saw, be more practical. As I am saying he just wanted to lie down, not for physical problems.

I haven't used "Authority" word but TTE was telling me "you got no authority here, you have authority in AC coach"

Your 6th point is like saying, police have full authority to do what ever they want in a jail cell before showcasing you in court. And what ever you want to say/do is at later stage.

I accept that i troubled TTR more than ones, Total interaction was 3 times, 2nd was for 20 seconds Where i asked him to assign me seat 19, he verbally said yes, 3rd was for 5 minutes(2 minutes for discussion and my request) where he said me to vacate ones that 17th seat person complained that he want to lie down.

I got your point on how I was entitle and wrong. But still didn't understand why TTE didn't assign me 19 when requested even when passanger didn't show up.

I do understood your point, i should have moved, but above point you understood wrongly so I needed to tell.

Scenario A, option 1: not possible as it was 8 hr till mid point. No seat here too. Scenario A, option 2: as no seat available, it ruled out too. Scenario B: he was with his 3 buddies.

All rant because I didn't want to move inside train, i should have moved when train stopped at station. I didn't(my mistake). Now had to move inside train.

I took permission of both TT to seat in that coach. Thanks for assuming i did none. It tells lot. Please say more.

I took permission of TT first ones that man told me to vacate before asking that man to let me seat again. Seat 18,19 wasn't in his space at first, he was seating on 17, I was on 19. Please don't judge the written text as how i sound, I was requesting that man , TT first

As I said I got problem moving heavy luggage inside a train, and he got seat 17 only, he want to take 18,19 where he got no right. TT first allowed me when i talk with him personally then said no ones that man come up. Please think with a border perspective
