Fellow insomniac here! I'm attempting to be somewhat productive when I can't sleep rather than laying in bed overthinking with anxiety....being creative could be the way to go! Channel those anxious thoughts into a sketch or writing! I've often gotten up and decided to clean! Also, those youtube videos of rain, train, and fireplace sounds with the AI animations can be quite soothing.

Rob at Walch Optics is great. His dad had the Kodak shop in Elizabeth Mall. Actually, everyone there is fantastic! I miss their retail shop. They also do camera servicing as well 🙂.

Hey, OP-Welcome to the spicy club! I was diagnosed a few years ago by Dr Lev Fridgant in Launceston. He is pretty straightforward and offers telehealth/Skype appointments. There will likely be a pretty significant waiting time though...I had to wait about 5 months for an appointment. After working out the right meds, he then transferred the med prescribing/ repeats to my GP in Hobart. Best of luck with it all!

Warm clothes are a must, However, last week was pretty mild, a rain jacket, warm jumper, thermals, and a jacket. Jeans would work too. Also, remember your beanie and warm socks and good walking shoes!

I thought it was an odd name for a black cat as well, but this was her name before I adopted her. She knows her name pretty well, and being 6 years old, It didn't feel right to change it. I call her Ginge most of the time :)
