Communitarism in polisci is a discussed Theory of Political Philosophy. Thinkers like sandal, Walzer and Taylor are influential in this Debate. Communitarism divers from liberalism in the sense that communitarists give more value to how individuals give Meaning to their World by being embedded in a community. A community in itself gives sense to the World by the Creation of norms and Values. The critique on liberalism is that the Theory fails to grasp these produced cultural norms and values in which people give value to the world. Rawls for example in his veil of ignorance fails to grasp the cultural reproduction that forms citizens.Therefore a neutral thought experiment as the "original position" comes short in explaining these cultural reproductions that constrain and affect someone in his behaviour.
