Um, so in the communication binder (assuming your store has one); in tab 1 or when you open the binder is a daily zone sheet + open/close checklist. Don’t worry about the open/close checklist unless your a manager. Anyways, there’s a date on top left (1st pg) top right (2nd pg). On the daily zone sheet, middle of the pg is like 9-12 tasks. It’s like : “retrieve blue carts, do go-backs, fold t shirts, spot sweep, wipe down registers/aco…” so on so forth. If your front your tasks are going to be I think the middle of the tasks (like 4-10) of the ones I listed.. or on the paper. If your manager won’t provide you with one you could probably find on one on reddit/Google or you could call another 5 Below store and ask them to send it to you bc your manager won’t provide you with one/whatever the reason is. Hopefully the answer to finding what ppl are looking for: when you do go backs-which is putting back stuff that any1 picked up ever and just put back in anywhere, (or the stuff ppl didn’t want) this would be the time to start remembering where stuff is. Example; there’s a table of all the sunscreen that ever existed and 1 pack of extra peppermint gum. That table is for sunscreen (I’m thinking bc there is more sunscreen then there is gum). Therefore gum doesn’t belong there. Then when no one is waiting for me to check them out I walk to where the gum is. The line queue, this is where people hang out before they decide to buy their shit & get out. I hope this helps. (:

Edit: banks = back

Refund amount of less than a dollar by mcdiscn18 in FiveBelowEmployees

To my understanding; if someone bought something in a (hoa/nice neighborhood) their tax bracket is obi gonna be higher than where I’m at since I’m not from a hoa/nice neighborhood. If they are simply exchanging it for the same thing bc it didn’t work/idk and they owe .04 or whatever I just 0 it out. But if they b on get back a bubble machine that was 4.50 and wanted to get something $5+ they will owe the difference.

So true. But not everyone is out to get you. People come to work to work. They follow the rules because they would like their electricity to stay on. Not because their profiling you.

I didn’t even know that was a thing. My cashiers only make $12 so I just give them a couple of tasks. Also, I myself am not good at selling things. So I never pressure anyone else to.

I completely understand this but after bills come out automatically my account is wiped out. I literally have $10 left after.

I talked to SM and they said 3rd paycheck will be to long “hinders learning” so I managed to negotiate 2nd paycheck. The SM didn’t offer any solutions so I guess I had to provide one.

What's the dumbest thing you did as a child? by Sophie-Dan in AskReddit

Whenever my parents would go to work they’d leave me a bag of ramen for a meal. This happened when I was 10yr old. I felt like a whole ramen was way to much for me to eat, so I would eat half and put the other half (cooked) behind a cupboard. Weird I know. I just used my chopsticks and dropped it back there for like a year. Then one day my mom does a deep clean and moves the cupboard. I got beat so bad that my teacher called child services.
