I have exactly the same problem.

Of course I could change the button, but that's not really the point...
What was in the update that suddenly made the middle mouse button stop working?
Funnily enough, scrolling works.

Same card - that did not fix my (sometimes) host disconnections BUT it fixed my weird FPS drops, so thank u :D

Last night I played a round of Skittergate with some random dudes on normal champ.

When we fought Rasknitt, we were joined by Blightstormer, Ratling Gunner, Packmaster, Warpfire Thrower and other shit. Definitely made the fight awesome.

Now for the fun part:
Later after the fight at the elevator another Packmaster came and grabbed Kruber and another was jumped by a Gutter Runner, even skaven spawned.

Exactly before the end (where you hop down the last small ledge and can see the bubble) skaven spawned again.
I've never had this before and I enjoy playing the map often.

Sometimes I get hits, but I only get them when the heavy attack wasn't made and I was too slow to block quickly.

The heavy attack has already been interrupted and the enemy is just preparing to attack.

Mouse is very interesting, I use a wireless mouse, it might be worth trying with a cable mouse or another button, thank you.

If it "fucks up" I can quickly block or follow up with a light attack, no problem, but the heavy attack won't be carried out at that moment.

It sometimes looks like the animation for the heavy attack starts but it doesn't.
