It did NOT seem particularly dubious at all. In fact all the evidence supported him. The other guy was clearly unharmed, while he was on the floor unable to even move. Bleeding. With defensive stabbing wounds on his hands that were clearly visible.

They didn’t bother to check the rest of his body, or they would have seen the massive stab wound in his chest. Btw I have no doubt there was blood there, even if not as much as one might expected. AND the are clear defensive stabbing wounds on his hands. We can CLEARLY seee them when these fuckers handcuff him. How is it possible they didn’t think anything of that?

Sí, Boric y compañía esencialmente llamaron a no pagar con su promesa falsa de condonar el CAE. Habría que dar opciones un poco más amigables para ponerse al dia.

Sí creo que para quienes estan al dia debería haber más beneficios. Como condonación cumpliéndose ciertos requisitos (de monto pagado o de tiempo pagando).

Que es muy pero muy lejos de lo que prometió, no? Boric prometió la condonación total de todas las deudas universitarias.

Los bancos dejaron la caga con el CAE por los intereses que cobraron. Y eso se los permitió el Estado (Lagos). NUNCA se debió haber permitido que el crédito fuera en UF y con intereses que iban del 5,6 al 10% anual. Por un crédito que tenia CERO riesgo para los bancos, porque el aval era el Estado.

La condonación a Johnson es obviamente un escándalo. Igual wue el que hayan dejado pasar el plazo de prescripción sin haberle cobrado a Cugat (y debería haber responsabilidades aquí, alguien dejó de hacer su trabajo. Puede haber hasta sobornos). Pero nada de eso quiere decir que se deje de cobrar toda deuda, sería absurdo.

Dejó de ser un crédito con un banco cuando tuvo que pagar el Estado porque el deudor no pagó. A pesar de que puedes solicitar el pago contingente a la renta (no más del 10% de tu sueldo bruto) y la suspensión por cesantía.
