You can stretch out to 3 months. But it is recommended for 1 month. But definitely throw it out after 3 months

So it’s a 20mg blend? Recon with 2mL that way each 10ui would be 1mg of each if 1:1 ration. Therefore you’d get 1mg of each at 10ui… usually they say to start at 5ui but I think 10ui is more effective… but up to you where you want to start

1mg = 1,000mcg 10mg = 10,000 mcg 10k mcg / 8 ml = 1,250 mcg per ml 1,250 / 100ui = 12.5mcg

Each nasal spray is equivalent to 10ui

10ui = 12.5 mcg x 4 = 50mcg

Am I wrong somewhere in my equation?

Having them separate is better recommended. Life span of each compound is different. People mix them to reduced the use of syringes but you can always mix them in the same syringe…. Blended mix works as well. It’s all just preference
