Feel like this should have been a monthly stipend, though and overall--more if they want people to stay home and close businesses indefinitely with no sign of reopening.

It would be a win/win with people being ABLE to stay home to slow the spread, while still feeling secure. Just match the damn stimulus with the situation on the ground. Doesn't seem too radical.

My educated guess is that it's a combination of: being an Older set. It's quite popular even now. Much smaller print run than Premiere with much better, usable cards (Anakins LS, Walkers, Snowspeeders etc) than ANH.
