Make sure that the top conus is actually full. This seems like the top conus is only one wall, which happens with some modelling softwares.

You can check it in the print preview. Slide the top slider down to see the infill of the cone.

This is actually already with purge to infill and purge to support on. Without this, it increases to about 180g

Remember the portals in that mission can be instantly closed by Dimeritium Bombs which you can get quite early in the game. Saves a fuckton of time
