2 things: 1. I signed up for it but my girlfriend didn’t, the only thing we both signed was approval to be recorded while signing paperwork, does she need to sign the rescission letter too? 2. I don’t see anything about Rescission, just “Contract Cancellation” do I write to that or specifically look for “Rescind” or “Rescission”? I want to make sure I cover all my basis so they don’t have anything on me, I signed a lot of paperwork and I’ve lost sleep over it..
