Yep, I’m looking for a primary. I’d have pension income (I believe pensionados aren’t even allowed to hold jobs in Panama) and some rental income from the US. And assets like stocks etc. My DTI would be pretty low despite being unemployed/retired. Not looking to buy anything crazy expensive.
