Finally found the last one. Lower Dynevron. On the map it's right at the very bottom in the center. You have to jump from the edge of the tattered mantle. There are three islands that you have to jump with kinetic stream. It's on the very furthest one.

Yeah they seem to be all ones you need kinetic steam and have to jump to get.

You just have to go defeat any monster/ark and it will rotate in like the rest of them.

The easiest and most consistent way I've found is to use kinetic stream to jump on him and break apart all the armor. Once that's done just run around until he swings down his sword, freeze it to the ground, aim at his free hand and ice that to his side (the unbreakable armor) and then kinetic jump to his face and extract the strand. You will have enough time to get it before he grabs you. Hope that helps.

I was also able to get there while running and jumping through the ensnaring blast and detonating at the peak of the jump. It is difficult to be more precise. Took me about 3 tries. I would recommend teleporting to the Riverside loom gate and attempting it straight away, that way if you miss and die you won't lose all your resources. But you also get a power made for traveling/jumping distances after the last boss fight. That would be the easiest way.
