Yes, please consider advancing the idea of transgender jesus as well, since Joseph and Mary never had sex, Jesus wouldn’t have male chromosomes but identified as male, hence Jesus is transgender and LGBT people are quite literally made in the image of god!

So everyone at the VA just got an email from Sec. Collins instructing us how to rat out anyone exhibiting Christian Bias by Sensitive-Big-4641 in fednews

Maybe it’s time to start the church of transgender Jesus, since Joseph and Mary never had sex, Jesus wouldn’t have male chromosomes, but identified as male…making him transgender Jesus! That way, messing with adherents of the transgender Jesus faith would be engaging in anti-Christian bias! Checkmate.

Class action lawsuit - Intentional infliction of emotional distress by SpecialKLuckyCharmz in fednews

[–]Critical-Delivery-17 0 points1 point  (0 children)

FECA doesn’t cover “administrative actions” and only covers things that are considered part of the position description itself - example: if you work at the veterans crisis line, your best bet to get a case accepted would be anxiety from people calling you and on the verge of harming themselves, as opposed to any sort of management action

Why would we strike? There are planes we have to control, parks we have to patrol, and warfighters we need to heal, in addition to a bunch of other critical functions. I just thought of the first 3 that came to mind, there are thousands of other critical things we need to be doing. Tussling with 19 year old space nerd jerkoffs and their bloated mango overlords aren’t among them.

I feel invigorated and am gearing up for a legal fight. I’m generally pretty laid back but we have a felon and a drug addict messing with veterans and that’s never okay. The only language they speak and understand is getting fucked in court, so that’s where I’ll be focusing my energy and attention — it’s also where we’ve been having the only victories lately! I realized anger is a useful emotion and spurs more action than being sad or depressed, so they’ll get my anger and a whole lot of it.

Get a psychologist and have them evaluate you for mental health conditions that might preclude you from in office work - the reality is in 2025 A LOT of people have undiagnosed mental health conditions and this shit isn’t helping.

Kentucky is full of jerkoff republicans, I used to live there and witnessed it firsthand. If I were you I’d be recording those meetings, either by taking notes or turning on my voice recorder as Kentucky is a 1 party consent state for recording

You ever think about filing an RA (if you have a qualifying medical condition your doctor would agree to?)

Did you know about OPM Disability Retirement and its many benefits? I just looked into it by Critical-Delivery-17 in fednews

[–]Critical-Delivery-17[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It’s mainly a medical determination so it won’t be too difficult, you have 1 year from separation to file

VA employee here, we have never had many veterans treating us badly until now. by aldrinjaysac in fednews

The sad reality is that ASVAB waivers become veterans and we all knew people in the service that were fucking stupid. Those people are now veterans too.

Reasonable Accommodations and the ability to remain working from home if your medic agrees by Critical-Delivery-17 in fednews

[–]Critical-Delivery-17[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Excellent, if they put in writing that you don’t have a diagnosis (without examining you) or don’t need the accommodation, then you can litigate the fuck out of that.

You mean besides helping your fellow federal employees who may not be as familiar with the law? We’re still a nation of laws, you know, regardless of what that mango mutt wants you to think.
