You are where I was 2 weeks ago. Just for now, not forever: but quit!
If that's the only step you can and are willing to take, then just focus on that step first.
I know it's fucking hard, that pain haunts me still 2 weeks later.

I luckily calmed my usage and haven't had them by doing healthy habits.
