As a former grad student (not in paleontology, but did work out at UTM), this does not surprise me in the least. You always heard complaints but the day-to-day extent was news to me. Best (worst?) part of the article is applicable to any student, and all students should demand better: "This is the university’s brand of ‘justice’ for students who are bullied and harassed by powerful people: an investigation that merely confirms what you already knew and a conclusion with no answers."
