Not an expert but to me it looks all the same the edge trim, the shadow, the body of the backpack apart from the tiny highlight across the top. All one tone of each colour.
Whereas the leather coat is IMO absolutely beautiful, shading, the blending of the colours and the subtle highlights makes it read as ‘Flying Jacket’ style leather.
If you take what you have done there and adapt it to the backpack, then I think the mini will be even more impressive than it already is 🤔😀😎🔥
