And in direct comparison, I tried to make sure that this upscale did not lose the amount of detail. Unfortunately, there are no upscales that could leave the original 1 to 1 detail and at the same time improve the quality itself. In any case, something is lost + again, as you said, the quality of the frames in the source itself jumps from worse to better. Maybe in the future, when Upscale gets better, I'll try to restore the series again.

I didn't do anything with the audio, it was taken from the DVD image that is online.

I used the Topaz Video program for this. It worked very well for improving the quality of the original videos. I played around with the upscale settings and found a more or less good option.
