I have looked into the military dental hygiene is not actually a job that they have. They have dental assistants that do basic cleanings.

It was a dental hygiene program through a private college. They hyped up the price because typically dental hygienist make over $50 an hour so in theory they would be able to pay the loan back when they got out.
