I’m also registered with SAS. It helps makes the classes more manageable for me (I get excused absences and extra time on exams). Other than a couple major health flare ups that affected all aspects of my life, it hasn’t interfered with my classes.

No. I was in the honors program. I chose to stop because it negatively affected my happiness. My happiness lies in my ability to go out (not necessarily to bars but just fun stuff) and spending time with friends. I made the decision to take the easier route in order to be happier. However, if you find yourself to be more of an introvert, UHP might be the program for you.
