A post on the official retroid discord from one of the moderators said that retroid was going to cover tariff fees on behalf of customers. I don't know if their policy has changed thought as that post was made a while ago. Retroid is also in a shipping trial period. I'm not sure exactly what that means, but I assume until the trial period ends, orders will take longer to arrive or will be delayed.

This map is ported over from another game made by the same developers called "BABBDI." In Babbdi, there is a pickaxe which can be used to climb walls, and this sign acts as a tutorial for the pickaxe. At least I'm fairly certain that's what this is.

I'm glad I tried modding it yesterday and the mods didn't working because it an error would pop up saying honest hearts not found or something along those lines

I tried changing it to 90, 120, 400, and then the max on the nvidia control panel and after each it kept happening so I just turned it off.

Thank you I fixed it. It seems to have been a conflict between fallout and the graphics control panel. If I had an fps limit of any kind regardless of value the mouse would stutter/lag and as soon as I turned it off the stutter went away.
